Every student have to fill up prescribed Admission form at the time of admission as enclosed in the prospectus and deposit the required documents complete in all respect at the time of admission.

Two recent passport size photographs to be affixed on the admission.
Certificate of Caste/Tribe/IRDP/Handicapped/Sports and cultural,as the case may be.
Bonafied Certificate of the state .
Matriculation Certificate(Proof of age) .
Character Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution last attended .
Attested copies of Educational qualification certificates.
Copy of the University Registration card/Migration Certificate.
